If your online self paced course has the date set to the 31st December, you can still complete and finish the course. This date is not when you can start, but rather the final date that this particular version of the course runs. This is because we update the content of our courses yearly, so next year we will have a new updated version.

Payments are made online via our payments portal at the end of your enrolment.

We use Stripe to process all payments. We recommend using the traditional card option.

Please make sure you have entered all the details correctly.

Some browsers may have popups blocked, or other settings which may prevent payments going through. If you are having difficulties, then perhaps switch internet browsers.

If payments are not going through, then check your banks settings and options, as a failed payment would be the result of an individual’s bank. In the event of a failed payment, your best bet would be to contact your bank for clarification.

We do have the potential to take card payment over the phone if all other options fail. If this is something you need, then please contact one of our team members.

Once you have paid for your course, our system will generate you a booking confirmation which contains a unique link to create your learner portal account. It will also have a link to access your materials. You may use this link or use our website ‘Learner Portal’ link on the top right hand side. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder just in case your booking confirmation email landed there. If you still can’t access or find it, please reach out to Support@makingeducation.com.au or Learn@makingeducation.com.au And a member of our team will resend it to you.
