Frequently Asked Questions
I have finished my course and have not received my Certificate.
Depending on the type of course you have completed, your certificate wait time may vary.
Some courses require manual marking of work from one of our specialist trainers, so the timeframe from submission to certificate may be higher.
For our shorter courses such as professional development eLearning, these can be marked a lot quicker so the timeframe from submission to completion will be much faster.
Please allow for up to seven days for your certificate to be processed, and don’t forget to check your junk folder for your email containing the certificate as this can occasionally occur.
Alternatively, log into your learner portal where your digital certificate can be accessed and stored on your learner portal.
If you have still not received your certificate after 7 days, please email support@makingeducation.com.au
Where is my Invoice?
Invoices are normally sent once you have completed your purchase on the attached email confirmation. If you successfully completed your purchase of a training program, please be on the lookout for your invoice via email.
There are times where emails may be filtered and sent to your junk folder. We suggest making sure you have checked all your email folders in case it has ended up in the wrong spot.
If you have not received your invoice, please allow up to 24 hours for invoices to be processed. If you still do not have your invoice after this time, please contact a member of our accounts team using the following email address: accounts@makingeducation.com.au
How do I enrol?
Enrolling is as easy as one, two, three, go!
Use the course options page to navigate to the course which best suits your learning needs. You can pick from our range of Qualifications, Accredited Training, or eLearning modules covering a range of areas commonly required by the early learning sector.
Once you have found the correct training for your needs, find the ‘enrol now’ button and follow the prompts. You may also wish to instead enrol someone else. If that’s the case, then on the course page, find the ‘enrol someone else’ button.
If you can’t find an open class or enrolment for the course you want, you can request an opening by clicking the ‘enquire now’ button. Alternatively, you may wish to have a customised delivery or training program. You can leave notes on what you’re looking for by filling out a message after clicking the ‘Enquire Now’ button.
