Jo holds a Bachelor of Business and possesses the management ability and understanding across all business functions. From human resources to finance, strategy to operations, as a lifelong learner, Jo invests in her own learning and in that of her team. She is passionate about growing her team, harnessing the skills of those around her and assisting people to reach their potential.

Gerard is an accomplished leader with over 20 years’ experience in delivering sensitive interpersonal and stakeholder management to maximise community & operational outcomes. As an authentic and collaborative strategist who is psychology and business trained, Gerard has the unique personal characteristics and competencies to maximise human potential.

CEO
Christopher has an extensive background in education across a range of fields. He is a lifelong learner who values education, training, and growth. It only made sense that a love of learning led Christopher to step into the role of CEO of Making Education, wanting to make a difference by making it different. Christopher shares his love of learning with the team and inspires those around him to engage in meaningful development and engaging in ongoing learning.
Jordan Stanway
Administration and Compliance Manager
Jordan joined the Early Childhood Sector family as a student in 2013, studying for his Diploma of Children’s Services. Jordan has been an Educator, Room Leader, Assistant Director, and Centre Director. In preparation for Making Education, Jordan has taken on an operations role and will be working with the Making Education team to ensure the highest standards of compliance and administration are maintained.

Learning Experience Designer
Claudette has been in the Early Childhood sector for over ten years, with 6 years of experience as a Centre Director. Claudette has insight into the workplace challenges and the importance of designing and delivering high-quality courses for Early Childhood educators to improve practices.
Carey Jacob
Finance Manager
Carey has more than 20 years of management experience, specializing in construction, health, and support services. Carey possesses a broad range of both technical and commercial accounting skills. He also holds a Bachelor Engineering and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants (England & Wales). With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Carey brings his commercial acumen to the team.

What childcare training courses does Making Education offer?
Being Early Childhood specialists, and wanting to meet the needs of early childhood professionals around the country, we provide childcare training course that meet the needs of all early learning professionals.
Qualifications:
We teach both the CHC30121 Certificate III and CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, ensuring that you can study what you need on your Early Learning or Childcare career.
Accredited Training:
We offer a range of nationally accredited short courses and standalone units of competency such as the HLTFSE001 Follow basic food safety practices, as well as your typical refresher training which is a requirement of employment including HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education and care setting.
